Freshly Arrived, Carefully Delivered
UNIYA’s sea urchins are air-flown from Japan every Tuesday and Friday. Upon arrival, each order is kept chilled, carefully packed and prepared for same-day delivery across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
As uni is a delicate and highly perishable product, delivery availability is limited to selected shipment days to help preserve its freshness, texture and quality.
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be scheduled for the next available shipment, subject to stock availability. All orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully verified.
We currently deliver within:
Kuala Lumpur and Selangor
Delivery availability is subject to Grab or Lalamove service coverage from our cold storage warehouse fulfilment location.
Deliveries are arranged from:
12:00pm to 7:00pm
Same-day delivery is available only on selected shipment arrival days.
As delivery is handled by third-party courier services, we are unable to guarantee an exact arrival time. Delivery timing may be affected by traffic conditions, weather, courier availability and the distance to your location.
The courier will contact you upon arrival. Please keep your mobile phone available and ensure that someone is ready to receive the order.
Delivery is arranged through Grab or Lalamove.
The delivery fee is calculated live during checkout based on the distance from our cold storage warehouse fulfilment location to your delivery address.
Free delivery is currently not available.
Every order is carefully packed using a combination of:
- Insulated packaging
- UNIYA cooler bag
- Gel ice packs
Packaging is complimentary with your order.
Our products are kept chilled throughout handling and delivery. Please refrigerate your uni immediately upon receiving it.
Please ensure that:
- The delivery address and contact number provided are correct.
- Your mobile phone remains available during the delivery period.
- Someone is present to receive and refrigerate the order immediately.
- The order is inspected as soon as it arrives.
Due to the perishable nature of uni, please avoid leaving the order unattended or at room temperature for an extended period.

Any alternative delivery or redelivery arrangement will be discussed with you before proceeding and will remain subject to courier availability.
UNIYA cannot be responsible for deterioration caused by an incorrect address, an unreachable recipient, delayed collection or the order being left unattended after delivery.

Should the packaging be damaged, leaking, unusually warm or the product appear to be in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us through our official WhatsApp within two hours of delivery.
To help us review the matter, customers must provide:
- Clear photographs of the outer packaging
- Clear photographs of the product and product label
- Photographs showing the affected area
- A continuous unboxing video
Please keep the product, packaging and labels until our team has completed the review.
Claims submitted after two hours or without sufficient supporting evidence may not be eligible for replacement, store credit or refund.
Do not consume the product if you believe it may be unsafe.

When delays or changes occur, customers will be informed in advance through UNIYA’s official WhatsApp.
UNIYA reserves the right to postpone delivery, move an order to the next available shipment or cancel and refund an unavailable product when necessary to protect product quality.
Our selection changes according to season, harvest conditions and supplier availability. Quantities for each Tuesday and Friday arrival are limited.
Submitting an order does not guarantee availability until payment has been verified and the order has been confirmed by UNIYA.
Fresh uni should be refrigerated immediately at 0–4°C and kept in its original packaging until serving.
Do not freeze fresh uni.
Please follow the use-by date and storage instructions stated on the individual product packaging. For the best flavour and texture, we recommend enjoying your uni as soon as possible after delivery.
