Bafun Uni

Bafun Uni is known for its rich sweetness, creamy texture and deep golden-orange colour. It is commonly harvested in Hokkaido and northern Japan, especially from cold coastal waters where nutrient-rich conditions support excellent flavour. Its taste is often fuller and more intense, making it a favourite for sushi, donburi and premium sashimi.
