Murasaki Uni

Murasaki Uni is usually lighter in colour and more delicate in flavour, with a smooth texture and gentle sweetness. It is widely found along the coasts of Hokkaido, Aomori, Iwate and other parts of Japan. Compared with Bafun Uni, its taste is often cleaner and more elegant, with a softer ocean finish.
